This painting was commissioned by a collector. He got in touch and asked for a painting of Kiddish Lavana in the colors of Kotel In The Sky, I sent him a sketch and from there we went.

This was a new concept for me and I had so much fun figuring it out. There is something about the bright blues, navys, and purples. As a woman, I have never said Kiddish Lavana but there is something so magical about it. I always loved watching the men say it.
